After graduating Ohio University with a BS-Electrical Engineering I served in the United State Army for 20 years as an Artillery Officer and Operations Research Analyst.  In 1995 I was licensed in real estate and today I apply my 20 years of real estate experience along with my analytic background to providing detail real estate advice to clients.   Beside technical evaluation of the market I also focus on understanding my clients goals and objectives related to real estate.

I receive a great personal satisfaction in providing real estate service that assist clients in achieving their real estate transactions goals – whether that client’s goal is selling their fourth home or a first time buyers looking for house to make into their first home.

My community activities include participation in and contributions to: Children’s Miracle Network; Christmas in October; Habitat for Humanity and Salvation Army Mobile Feeding program for the homeless.

When not working with a client to buy or sell a home, I enjoy doing anything out of doors to include: gardening; camping; bicycling; canoeing and fishing.  My interest in photography and home repairs fit right in with my vocation.

Whether you are looking for assistance in a real estate transaction or just have a real estate question, give me call or send me a text or email... and I always look forward to be of service.
